He will make you sign a letter of engagement (by the way, what other CPA asks you to sign a letter of engagement) and if you do.. he will bill you for hours and hours of work and you WILL PAY. I made a mistake and he overcharged me by $4,500.. that's right... He has a lawyer who is a partner in crime and both are unethical.
