  Everything was fine with the bundled Allstate Car and Homeowner Insurance for six terms in which we quietly paid our money. However, you should think very hard about using the Pallini agency if there is any chance you may move out of state. Despite providing proof that we had purchased seamless coverage car insurance in another state, Pallini refused to cancel our NYS policy until we provided the agency with proof that our NYS plates were turned into NYS. We had in fact turned in our plates. NYS is very slow to provide notice of receipt of the plates. Pallini attempted to exploit this to charge us for a continued NYS policy that we no longer needed. We asked whether it would be illegal to have two car insurance policies for the same car in two different states? Pallini would not answer. In sum, it was a mess ending business with this agency. They unfairly tried to grab money from us with constructive knowledge that we had already purchased other insurance and were covered.
